gets Meta

At Meta Business Partners, I helped turn a stack of toolkits into a story people actually wanted to watch.

The goal? Help partner agencies prove the value of messaging-based ad campaigns on social. The toolkit was solid (I helped build it) but we needed a video that didn’t feel like homework. So I wrote the script, sourced stock footage, coordinated the voice actor, and kept the vibe sharp while our marketing manager was out.

Here’s the rough cut I put together the rough cut I put together using the clips that I found after days of intensive research through a free internal library.

Using this rough cut as a guide, the creative agency handled the polish. I steered the ship.

Not only did I lead the first rough cut, but I also helped shape the entire look and feel to better match the sub-brand. Strategy, scripting, sourcing, directing. I wore a lot of hats. (One may have had a tiny propeller on it.) And honestly? It worked.

This one’s a great example of what happens when messaging and momentum line up.

Oh yeah. Creative direction too.
