Project Scope
Summary
Google needed business-facing content that could do more than explain features. The work had to make products easier to understand, show real-world value, and support broader product storytelling across demos and customer-proof content.
I helped shape scripts and narrative structure that made technical information clearer, more watchable, and more useful for business audiences.
Context
This category sits between product marketing and storytelling. Some of the work focused on live-action demos that helped explain product features more clearly. Other projects were case-study driven, built to show how customers were using Google products in the real world.
That meant balancing clarity, structure, and tone across different formats. In some cases, the challenge was scripting business-facing demo content around product functionality. In others, it meant helping shape customer-story narratives that could work across languages, stakeholders, and cultural contexts.
My Role
I developed product-marketing and landing-page copy across a range of Google business products, helping translate technical concepts into messaging that was clearer, more strategic, and easier to navigate.
Depending on the page, the work included solution framing, enterprise positioning, UX-aware web copy, and adapting product language for more specific audiences and use cases.
I also helped translate dense product and customer material into stories that felt clearer and more usable for business audiences.
In the case-study work, that often meant smoothing structure, aligning messaging, and helping shape content that could carry both product value and customer credibility.
