I covered the TV series Ash vs Evil Dead for the entirety of its run on the Starz! Network from 2015-2018.

As a staff writer for Den of Geek, I reviewed every episode (besides the series premiere), interviewed all cast members (except for Lucy Lawless), and wrote a bunch of news items (excluding the ones I didn’t.)

It. Was. Amazing.

Speaking as a lifelong fan of the Evil Dead franchise — I’m wearing an Army of Darkness t-shirt as we speak — interviewing Bruce Campbell was what you kids would call a “groovy” experience.

(Oh yeah, and in case you were wondering, Dana DeLorenzo and Ray Santiago really are the best.)

As I wrote the content for this project over the years, I tried to capture the voice of Ash and Evil Dead’s twisted sense of humor in general. By the time the third and final season of the show aired, I was really starting to have fun with it.
