Overview
I created global partner communications for the Meta Business Partners ecosystem, developing newsletters, training promotions, certification and enablement messaging, onboarding flows, and program-update communications for agency and business-partner audiences across multiple regions.
The work was designed to help partners stay informed, build expertise, navigate product and policy changes, and get more value from the program over time.

Summary
Partner communications at Meta had to do more than share updates. The work needed to keep a global ecosystem of agencies and business partners informed, engaged, and aligned through evolving product narratives, training opportunities, certifications, onboarding journeys, and major program changes.
Across recurring newsletters, webinar invites, enablement emails, onboarding messages, and rebrand communications, I helped translate complex information into clear, structured content that could support multiple audiences across regions.
Context
Meta’s partner communications had to support a broad ecosystem of agency and business-partner audiences across multiple regions. Some assets were recurring newsletters designed to gather product news, partner resources, training, and success stories into one editorial system. Others were more targeted, built for certification growth, onboarding, re-engagement, and region-specific event promotion.
That meant the work had to flex across formats, timelines, and markets without losing clarity. Training and webinar communications often referenced distinct regional schedules across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, while some content was localized for specific audiences and languages.
The challenge was to make each communication feel actionable and relevant while still fitting within a larger partner-content system.
The content also played an important role during periods of change, including partner onboarding, new program criteria, re-engagement efforts, and larger brand transitions. I helped shape messaging that could guide partners through those moments in a way that felt clear, structured, and useful.
My Role
I helped shape global partner communications across newsletters, training promotions, certification and enablement messaging, onboarding flows, and program-update emails for Meta’s agency and business-partner ecosystem. The work focused on turning complex product, program, and partner information into content that felt clear, structured, and easy to act on.
That meant balancing consistency with flexibility. Some assets supported recurring editorial communication, while others were built for more targeted moments such as regional webinars, re-engagement efforts, onboarding, or major program changes.
I developed messaging that could adapt across audiences, regions, and evolving priorities while still feeling part of a larger partner-content system.
I also contributed to communications tied to broader transitions, including partner-program updates, rebrand messaging, and renamed products, helping guide audiences through change in a way that felt direct and useful.
