Adyen’s Knowledge Hub needed customer stories that could do more than recap business wins. The work had to translate complex payments infrastructure, digital commerce challenges, and embedded-fintech use cases into clear, credible editorial content for a B2B audience.
I helped shape stories that connected product value to real operational complexity while keeping the writing readable, strategic, and grounded in customer outcomes.

Adyen needed customer stories that could make complex payments infrastructure feel clear and relevant for a B2B audience. The work had to connect product capabilities with real business challenges across digital commerce, embedded payments, and platform growth without losing the sophistication of the subject matter.
That meant shaping long-form stories from technical and strategic material while keeping the writing credible, readable, and useful. I helped turn dense operational detail into content that highlighted business outcomes, customer pain points, and the practical value of Adyen’s platform.
My Role
I developed long-form customer-story content for Adyen’s Knowledge Hub, turning complex payments, commerce, and embedded-fintech topics into clear editorial narratives for a B2B audience. The work focused on connecting product value to real customer challenges and business outcomes, including embedded payments, platform growth, and global payment complexity.
That meant shaping stories from technical and strategic material while keeping the writing readable, credible, and aligned with Adyen’s brand voice. I worked across content development, narrative structure, and editorial refinement to make dense subject matter feel more usable without oversimplifying it.
I also supported consistency across formats, including the Tessitura customer story and its related video component, helping maintain a clear narrative thread between written and visual storytelling.

I worked closely with eBay representatives to help surface the right operational insights and accurately show how Adyen supports eBay with fast, secure payments, fraud mitigation, onboarding, and payouts across a global platform.
